In requesting permission, please provide the following information:
Our letter in response will grant permission. In most cases, the only requirements will be to give
full credit to the original source and to obtain the author's approval (as a courtesy to the author).
In cases involving the republication or sale of the material, a fee may also be required.

In requesting permission, please provide the following information:

- Author name(s)
- Paper title and
- Publication title (i.e., journal, conference, etc.)
- Full citation (i.e., volume, issue, pages, date)
- All, portions, or figures/tables. If not All, please describe.
- 2. Purpose to reuse
- Prepare a new paper
- Personal archive
- Institutional repository
- Reprint in a book
- Republication in a journal
- Chapter in thesis, dissertation
- Lecture notes or
- Others, please describe.
- 3. Publication
- Publisher's name
- Publication title
- Volume, issue, date
- Deadline
